Ireland Esports Company Series, the national workplace esports competition known as Office Showdown. Built for staff, startups, and alumni, it blends competitive gaming with team-building, camaraderie, and stress-busting fun.
From tech giants to government departments, remote teams to co-working hubs, we offer a structured and meaningful way to bring people together.
It’s where company pride meets high-energy esports action, with teams battling in popular titles like League of Legends, Counter Strike 2, EA FC and Chess.

Esports in Ireland is growing rapidly, particularly across Colleges and Universities, but when these passionate gamers enter the workforce, there’s no existing outlet for inter-company esports rivalry.
Traditional sports has long served as a tool for company culture, engagement, and wellbeing, and we believe esports can play a powerful role too.
Office Showdown was born to provide this opportunity—a new avenue for fostering camaraderie, competition, and mental health support in the modern workplace.

Ireland Esports Leagues (IEL) is our independent platform that is building the competitive structure, telling the cultural story and growing the talent pipeline for Irish esports—from schools to society.
